The unflappable manager, Tomo, really makes the place exceptional. his dinner recommendations were rave worthy in themselves. he can rent you a car but the electric bikes were so fun! would absolutely recommend.

Located in Yonaha, 400 metres from Yonaha Maehama Beach and 1.9 km from Kurima Bridge, GLOCE 宮古島 LAPSl 与那覇前浜ビーチまで徒歩5分宮古島の自然と犬に癒されるオーナー同居型ゲストハウス offers a garden and air conditioning. We had an amazing stay. The house was clean and well prepared, there are comfortable beds. It is very close to the Maehama Beach which is wonderful. We also experienced lovely encounter with the family living in the house. Even though, there was a language barrier (Japanese/English), we managed to communicate smoothly and also got some amazing recommendations regarding the island. Highly recommended!

Happy Island Miyako er staðsett á Miyako-eyju, 1,9 km frá Painagama-strönd og 6,2 km frá Irabu-brú. Boðið er upp á garð og borgarútsýni. Gististaðurinn státar af sameiginlegu eldhúsi og sólarverönd. My stay at Max's (and Happy's 🐈) place has been awesome. He showed me some hidden places of the island with his mini van and I hanged out also with his friends. In this place you can meet other travelers too!

Hotel Shigira Mirage er staðsett á Miyako-eyju, 100 metra frá Shigira-strönd, og býður upp á gistingu með garði, ókeypis einkabílastæði, verönd og veitingastað. I enjoyed staying at Shigira, the service was great, the room condition was perfect. All the staffs were so kind, especially the English staff(so sorry that I forgot the name) helped us book dinners for the whole stay and upgrade our room to ocean view. I would definitely choose Shigira for my next stay. Thanks a lot!

Private Resort Hotel RENN er staðsett á Miyako-eyju, aðeins 400 metra frá Imgya Marine Garden og býður upp á gistirými með sjávarútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Renn san was super friendly, he provided valuable inputs for our snorkeling plans. I wish we stayed there 1-2 more nights to fully utilize his inputs! XD The facility has a great view of the night sky, if you happen to catch a good cloud-less weather while you are there, you would be able to enjoy a good view of the Milky Way!

Traditional okinawan house with great showers and amenities, books and manga to read, delicious and cheap meals, greatest snorkeling tour possible, nicest guests and staff I’ve ever met 😇 Never been so sad to leave a place during any of my travels, hope I can come back one day :)
