Great, big-sized room, with everything you could need, complimentary tea and coffee (we don't have breakfast, just coffee, so that's perfect), perfect shower, automated washlet, and walk-in wardrobe. Perfect location just outside the train station, close to a lot of tram and bus stops to get easily around the city.

Available on-site ang private parking. - most friendly host's i ever experienced. They made the bike renatal for us, drove us to the port and picked us up and made the most amazing breakfast in Japanese and western style. Definitely recommend them. Tip: you definitely need a car or a bike while staying here

The manager was very attentive. He made reservations for us at various restaurants and gave us a ride to the airport. The architecture was very unique. The location was great as it was walking distant to great food and above a bike rental shop.

Rakuten STAY HOUSE x WILL STYLE Sasebo 106 ay matatagpuan sa Sasebo, 2.9 km mula sa Huis Ten Bosch, 5.8 km mula sa Uragashira Hikiage Peace Park and Memorial Museum, at pati na 6.8 km mula sa Hario... Easy to find , check in was a bit tricky but managed eventually. Everything else is great . We had a great stay.

Amazing facilities, impeccable rooms and prefect location with frequent shuttle 10mins in to centre of the city.

Everything was above and beyond. The staff was particularly lively and helpful, even for Japanese standards! (which is saying a lot since they're generally very nice!). All the details were very thoughtfully prepared. The food was exquisite! Hard to believe it was all included, since the food alone could have been worth at least $100 in any gourmet restaurant at a big city. The flavors were indeed more than just traditional Japanese and went along with the mixture of influences that Nagasaki is known for. Every dish was explained by the friendly staff, who are evidently very passionate about their craft. The design of the rooms and the hotel are aesthetically and experientially magical. We enjoyed the private onsen in front of the beautiful seaview. They also have a public onsen! The hotel is 3 minutes away (walking) from the Obama Onsen Bus Stop, which is where any bus will drop you off from either Nagasaki or Isahaya Station, so even that comes in handy. 10/10

We absolutely loved our stay here. Me and my fiance spent two days here and the rooms are just amazing. Everything about them from their large views to the big comfy bed you can sink into and the private onsen available to you at all hours give a complete feeling of relaxation. The food served for breakfast and dinner here is really incredible and very thoughtful. The rooftop has both a great indoor and outdoor area to sit and relax with a drink or snack as well as a courtyard area downstairs. You also can easily walk anywhere from the hotel. We can't wait to return.
