We like location, quality of property, cleanest, calmness, comfort, direct connection to the metro (remember to check your exit), available water/juice in room, breakfast, AC system which we regulate, bar at top floor. Staff was professional and impeccable! There is convenience store in the basement but also near by. Excellent value for money!

Situated along the Okawa River renowned for beautiful cherry blossoms, Imperial Hotel Osaka is a prestigious 5-star hotel with elegant guest rooms, a fitness centre and various fine dining options. Gorgeous hotel and room. A little higher grade than I normally reserve, but I believe we went during their off season and their prices were extremely reasonable for the stay, so I couldn't pass it up. Impeccably clean, very large, comfortable room, polite and helpful staff. River view room was wonderful to watch the sunsets from. Easily the nicest shower I've ever seen, hotel or otherwise. No real complaints. It was the farthest accomodation to walk to the closest train station we had during out trip, but even that was a pretty walk across the bridge, only maybe about 15 minutes.
