This is a newly opened K's House hostel, I guess there are a few other K's House hostels around Japan. The property itself was immaculate! Huge common area, very large and nice kitchen, an outdoor terrance overlooking a river down below, and onsite Onsen (both indoor and outdoor!). The lady working reception was incredible. She was very helpful with an foot injury I had and I don't know what I would on done without her help. Hostel is immaculate! It takes about 45 minutes by subway or bus to the actual town of Nikko. If you plan on visiting Tobu World Square or any of the hiking/waterfalls north of the town, it is perfect! You get a real mountain town feel being outside of the city center.

This is a wonderful calm hotel with great interior design, spacious rooms, pleasant facilities (like the complimentary drinks and the food vending), a helpful and friendly reception, a good breakfast (though only bento boxes). Nikko is an amazing place with the nature, hot springs, and the world heritage temples, such a lot of things to explore.

Homely rooms with mountain views, free Wi-Fi and a private bath await guests at Villa Revage, 350 metres from Nikko Botanical Garden. It was a wonderful stay Breakfast was terrific and well organised - owner was very friendly The private onsen was spot on Even though we had single beds , we could push them together Hot shower Bed area was roomy Bathroom a bit small Lounge wonderful Even t;hough we had to catch a bus from the station, it was doable and the stop was almost outside the property Thank you for a wonderful stay

Offering mountain views, Rakuten STAY VILLA Kinugawa Riverside is an accommodation set in Nikko, 18 km from Tobu Nikko Station and 19 km from Nikko Station. Loved that there was both a sauna as well as an onsen! Great space with a projector to watch TV/movies on too. Great value for money in terms of what was on offer. We loved staying here and would recommend our friends and family to stay too.

COZY Inn Free Shuttle Service er nýlega enduruppgert gistirými í Nikko, 12 km frá Tobu Nikko-stöðinni og 14 km frá Nikko Toshogu-helgiskríninu. Hiro-san was an excellent host! He was very friendly, spoke excellent English, and gave us great local advice. Marie-san, his assistant, was also a treat! The room he offered us was clean and comfortable, his house is very charming. There is access to snacks, coffee, and cooking facilities. He is also located right off a historic walkway in a quiet neighborhood. We would love to stay again, thank you for hosting us, Hiro-san!

Rakuten STAY VILLA Nikko er staðsett í Nikko á Tochigi-svæðinu, skammt frá Tobu Nikko-stöðinni og Nikko-stöðinni. A little home away from home, had everything for modern comfort plus onsen bathtub and sauna.

7.7 km from Nikko Station, Guesthouse Imaichi ゲストハウス今市マチナカ is a recently renovated property set in Nikko and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Super great host!! He was so nice. The accommodation has everything and I felt very welcomed. It is a 10 min walk from the Imaichi train stations. The private room is extremely comfortable and in Japanese style. The dorms were also great but not so comfortable because moving in your bed affects the other 3 people in the dorm. The 4 beds are part of one single structure, similar to a capsule dorm.

Nikko Nishimachi Club er staðsett í Nikko, 800 metra frá Nikko Toshogu-helgiskríninu og býður upp á gistirými með verönd, ókeypis einkabílastæði og veitingastað. Outstanding service, Fast wifi, super comfortable bed, very quiet. Private onsen room was very clean and stocked with amenities. The hotel also provided free ride to the station and arranged taxis for us to visit Edo wonderland and nearby locations

Shinkyo Inn er staðsett í Nikko, 1 km frá Nikko Toshogu-helgiskríninu og býður upp á gistirými með verönd, ókeypis einkabílastæði og bar. The room and location were excellent with beautiful views and made it so easy to explore the temples complex as well as catch buses for further afield. Mark and Hisako were absolutely lovely hosts and had some excellent recommendations for us both food and activity wise! The included breakfast was delicious, and it was also great to have the ability to come back to the little restaurant in the evening. I could not recommend a place more than Shinkyo Inn.

Nikko Cottage Yurt er staðsett í Nikko á Tochigi-svæðinu, skammt frá Tobu Nikko-stöðinni og Nikko-stöðinni. Boðið er upp á gistirými með ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Amazing host who was constantly in contact with recommendations in the area. She even picked us up from the train station, took us to drop off our luggages and drove us to our first stop of the day. And got us some cake too :) The accomodation is just a 10 minute walk from the train station and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
