The staff was superkind they helped us a lot even they help the fixed our broken car as well. The place was peaceful and you could feel that all the place was for you. This place was not crowded and it was separated from the other guests. The accommodation is perfect for every kind of weather and it was gorgeous. They were collecting fresh flowers from the garden to our table. I also recommend you to order fresh and delicious seafood from Said the chef because he will make you a perfect and private dinner. Actually we decided to go for this accommodation because of the reviews about him, and it was totally worth it. Thank you again

I live in Nairobi and have stayed at lots of places on the Kenyan coast, and the Watamu Beach Cottages is my favourite by far. The staff were friendly and helpful, the bungalow was beautiful and comfortable, and the viewpoints (where you can sit and enjoy the view of the ocean) were amazing. And the snack bar has great food! I'll definitely be back.

Damaris is a very kind owner. She allowed us to come earlier and leave later.

The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. A special thanks to Mr. Wilson, who called in advance to confirm our booking and made sure all our requests were taken care of – his friendliness and professionalism made us feel very welcome. The owner, originally from Romania, did not communicate with us directly, but his team delivered excellent service throughout our stay. On our second day, we experienced a lack of water in the shower for a few hours, but it was quickly resolved, and afterwards we had no further issues. I stayed there with my children, and they were also very happy with the hotel. This was our first visit, but certainly not the last – we are already looking forward to coming back.
