Guesthouse is located about 3.5 k from Old Town & bus station but it’s a few min walk to Long beach This part of town has a more local feel with expats visiting their home town. there are private combi buses to & from Old Town. About 2 euro each way. This family are amazing and honest. As female travelers we felt safe and comfortable. The rooms are snug but very clean & comfy. We appreciate the effort put into providing such a nice space for travelers The dad picked us up at the bus station and gave us a ride to the bank another day. He didn’t ask for payment but he definitely earned and deserved a gratuity. Very thoughtful family.

Nag-aalok terrace, Kahari Apartments ay matatagpuan sa Ulcinj, hindi kalayuan sa Mala Ulcinjska Beach at Old Town Ulcinj. The owner was lovely. The room had a sea view and the balcony was equipped with chairs, table and umbrella to enjoy some sea breeze even on a sunny day. Good parking space by the house, which is located short distance away from the buzz of the city promenade. Price is very reasonable for the high level of comfort, cleanness and friendly attitude. Our stay was so pleasant that after unexpectedly coming back to Ulcinj couple days after our first stay, we chose this accommodation again.

I loved how my room had a mini fridge, bed was very comfortable, super clean room & bathroom. The community kitchen was perfect to make brewed coffee & breakfast. And the patio with the view was amazing.

Our stay at this seaside hotel in Ulcinj was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and welcoming, cleanliness was top-notch, and the room was comfortable and cozy. The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea. For the price we paid, it was absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely come back!

Kaab Hotel is a true gem—modern, spotless, and incredibly welcoming. The rooms are beautifully designed with stunning views and super comfortable beds. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was amazing, fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The location is peaceful yet just minutes from the Old Town. If you’re heading to Ulcinj, this hotel is a must. One of the best experiences we’ve had!
