The bungalow has everything you need and is cozy with a comfortable bed. Erna and her husbands are very lovely and caring, helped me with booking a ticket and even driving me to the national park entrance. Communication was also easy and fast. Also, the location in the Center of the town is very good. I can highly recommend :)

The staff are really friendly and helpful and are always available by WhatsApp. Perfect location too in the Imago mall where there are tons of nice restaurants and lots of shops. Quiet and peaceful once inside. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Kota Kinabalu and this is by far the best!
