Everything was perfect. This flat is in a brand new condo complex. It is exceptionally clean, rooms are perfectly arranged, huge living room and kitchen area. For the 5 of us (my wife, and 3 friends from which 2 is a couple) it was perfect. We only got 1 set of keys initially but we asked for another one and got it in an hour or so. We didn't even have to be home, it was left on the table for us in the evening. There is an awesome swimming pool, whirpool, gym area. The only thing to notice here is that you have to be fully dressed if you are a woman to use the swimming pool (muslim rules). Location was great and we loved every minute of our stay here.

It has so much space and facilities. A lot of bathrooms, air conditioners, comfortable bedrooms, a large living room and a really useful kitchen and a washing machine is available too. The house is so cozy and comfy that I would like to stay here longer.

Bonheur at Karambunai er staðsett í Kota Kinabalu, 80 metra frá Karambunai-ströndinni og 29 km frá Filipino Market Sabah. Boðið er upp á garð og fjallaútsýni. We love the location and sunsets. The villa is top of the top. The owner is a great person, answered all questions we had about different things. I highly recommend this place to everyone:)
