Simply the best kind of hotel I could've asked for. All the staffs were exceptionally helpful and professional, making my 5-day business trip in Kuala Lumpur absolutely hassle-free. The room condition is superb and so is the housekeeping class. Their breakfast is also a catch, not the typical buffet kind but a complete, proper plate with juice and delicious granola bowl coming with it. I'd love to come stay again if I make another trip to KL.

Nestled in the very heart of Kuala Lumpur's Golden Triangle and just steps away from the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC, The RuMa means home in its literal sense. The RuMA was a great find in Kuala Lumpur. It's a beautiful hotel that is centrally located with spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was gorgeous with a lot of variety. Joshua, the concierge, helped us find us a taxi to take us to Penang. We highly recommend this hotel and we'll definitely return!
