Starting at the friendly reception and the view of giraffes on arrival. The gardens are neat and full of birds! The swimming pool is not to cold and the pool loungers with the big umbrellas were perfect for afternoons. Your rooms are just amazing. The best view of the Chobe river with every thing in luxury. The mosquito nets ons rails is a great invention for comfort. Everything was amazing. From food to games drive and swimming. We will visit again.

Set on the banks of the Okavango River, Shametu River Lodge offers views of the Popa Falls and is 6.5 km from Divundu. Free private parking is available on site. Great welcome. Absolutely fantastic for birds and wildlife. Could easily spend hours enjoying the stunning view from the room and grounds. Everyone friendly and helpful, the manageress was lovely, coming to speak with us at meals. Sundowner Boat trip fabulous, great guide. To have the amazing Mahangu Core Reserve only 15 minutes away was excellent, Elephant, Giraffe, Hippo and so much more. The food was delicious, catering for our vegetarian diet. For birders the views of Rock Pratincoles just incredible, I saw over 150 species of bird in a day in this area. Would love to return again.

These tents feature all feature verandas with views of the Okavango River. Each tent includes wooden flooring and a wardrobe. They also have a mosquito net and a bathroom. This was one of our favourite stays of our holiday. Amazing place. Although described as a tent you didn't think you were in a tent - it was a lovely room with great views of the river and a very comfy bed. Did a fantastic sundown cruise and saw lots of hippos - very knowledgeable guide. Food was delicious and staff very friendly. A perfect stay.

The campsites are huge with amazing views and brand new ablution blocks. The main lodge and restaurant is spectacular with good food and attentive service. There are lots of game tracks for exploring on your own with a 4x4 just outside of the campsite boundry.

Fabulous, friendly and efficient staff, especially our guides Robert and Nicholas who were very knowledgeable regarding the wildlife, boat handling and fishing. The food was first class and the river location very private and special.
