The luxury tents were a delightful stop between the coast and Etosha. Super comfy beds, lovely attached bathrooms Getting there was not challenging as long as you don’t follow google maps. Contact Onjamba and they will email a map telling you where to exit the C35. Staff and food were beyond fabulous. Tents were pretty hot as there isn’t AC and it was toasty (high 30s/low 40s) when we were there. Fans are provided in the room though. The elephant drive was fun but we only found one lone bull. The little pool was amazing for hours on the hot afternoon after the drive.

I rated this 10/10 because this place really wowed us. This was the most expensive place we stayed on our trip, but it was worth the money for a short stay in my opinion. For longer, it will get expensive. The staff is so well trained and attentive and friendly, especially compared to other lodges we stayed at. The buffet meals were top notch. The views are stunning. The pool, bar and restaurant areas are wonderful. The room we stayed in feels brand new and is very well put together. We went to Toshari (another lodge in the Quiver and Co group 2 hours away) which was not nearly as nice as this. So if you are choosing between the two, choose Damaraland despite the increased price. The only thing that makes Toshari better is that it is close to Etosha.

Tucked into nature. Facilities are outstanding. We loved how polite, professional and kind all of the staff were.. They really made you feel special and attended to your needs. The nature drive with Siggi was a highlight, we got to see the group of Desert Elephants.

The staff, the hotel, the room, the food, all were 10/10! This was one of the most memorable hotels we stayed at in Namibia. So unique and a true experience.

This was our favourite campsite during our 2-week roadtrip in Namibia. The location is very peaceful and safe. The space is huge, a large private plot with a bathroom, a toilette, an outdoor dishwashing area and a BBQ area. Everything was crystal clear, spacious, cozy, therevwasbhot water every time. We could buy delicious meat from the owners and grilled it on the fire - it was great :) The son of the owner was super kind and helpful. I fully recommend this campsite, especially for those on a roadtrip with a tented car. This clean and peaceful location was such a relief after the other crowded campsites.

Huab Lodge & BushSPA er staðsettur í Damaraland og er umkringdur gróskumilum gróðri. Til staðar er sundlaug og náttúruleg jarðvarmalaug. A must visit in Namibia. Most exquisite remote lodge. Hosts are knowledgeable and personable. Staff most helpful. Clean .

Twyfelfontein Country Lodge er staðsett í Twyfelfontein, 43 km frá Petrified Forest Khorixas og býður upp á gistirými með útisundlaug, ókeypis einkabílastæði, veitingastað og bar. Luxurious lodge with a beautiful view from the restaurant, great excursions and nice staff!

Gondwana Damara er staðsett í 25 km fjarlægð frá Khorixas. Mopane Lodge býður upp á gistirými sem eru staðsett í hálfhrings af stígum sem tengja saman við sundlaug í miðbænum. Neat place, nice pool, great staff

Madisa Camp í Kalkbron býður upp á gistirými, bar, grillaðstöðu og fjallaútsýni. Gististaðurinn er með aðgang að verönd og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Great location for Twyfelfontein and Brandberg. Staff and management very welcoming, good prepared dinner as we didn't want to self cater. Nice rugged surroundings but accessible for 2wd vehicle.
