Whangarei Airport is a 15-minute drive away. Great location, walking distance to conference venue. Easy to find. So clean, it felt like I was the first person ever to use the room it was so clean. Extremely comfortable. Recliner chairs were a luxury in a motel. Was so nice. Free access to netflicks. Spacious bathroom really nice shower. Bed was so comfortable. The room was serviced every day, clean towels and sparkling clean every evening when I returned. Everything I needed. I felt very well looked after.

The quiet, peaceful surroundings were fantastic. There was a gorgeous garden and there were ponds and bridges, which were fabulous for taking photos. There was a sauna, as well as an outdoor cold water swimming pool and even a jacuzzi too! The outdoor seating area was amasing!

With city views, this accommodation provides a patio. Whangarei Art Museum is 2.5 km away and Claphams Clock Museum is 3.1 km from the homestay. We had an amazing stay! Everything was clean, the room and house are beautiful and we really enjoyed our time there. The hosts are really kind and welcomed us friendly. I’d really recommend the accommodation with a beautiful view!

Situated just 20 km from Opua Forest, FOREST WATERS features accommodation in Haruru with access to a garden, barbecue facilities, as well as a shared kitchen. We stayed for 3 nights and wished we could stay longer. Delphine & Guillaume are exceptionnal guests, passionate about what they do and they make you feel very comfortable. Our rooms were very cosy, comfy and clean. The house is very spatious and well decorated. There is even a little play room for the children. The breakfast was very good too. We would definitely come back and cannot recommend them enough.

There are apple trees all over the property and it's clear that the garden is well-tended. The shared kitchen is large and well-furnished. The shared bathroom is incredibly clean, possibly cleaner than my home. You can tell the owners take pride in maintaining the place and do their best to make sure guests have a comfortable stay.

There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Neville and Donna are so nice hosts helping you with everything you need. The little apartment is spotless clean and has everything you need (shampoo, body lotion, hairdryer, even cosmetic products! and more). The bed was super comfy and the TV with Netflix a great plus. The kitchenette is well equipped - you can cook a meal if you want. There was everything that you can hope for breakfast (bread, spreads, nespresso machine, Granola, Yoghurt, milk etc). All in all a wonderful accommodation :)

Our host, Alice was very helpful. We had full use of her kitchen. Great sunsets. The house was set right on the harbour so we were able to go out the garden right into the harbour for a swim. A real treat!
