We booked and arrived within 30 minutes of booking and the staff were very helpful to get us checked in.

Beechwood is situated on George Street, within the North Dunedin Heritage Precinct, a designated special character area. Very nice motel especially for short stays. Situated close to eateries and shops. The host was very friendly and gave us good suggestions on nearby restaurants.
