Situated in Duqm, Royal Land Deluxe Suites رويال لاند للأجنحة الفاخرة has a terrace. The aparthotel features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Looked like a new building. Was very neat and clean. We reached late night but were greeted by a smiling face which relieved us alot. Checking in was very smooth. We were looking fot a good layover in Duqm on our way from Muscat to Salalah and this was the best option i believe. It was a one bedroom flat with all necessary equipments. We were given enough water and supplies to last the night We woke up post the breakfast time but were amazed to see that the chef and receptionist treared our request to have breakfast with respect specially because we were travelling with kids. We really appreciate the staffs positive gestures and would love to always go back to this hotel. Thankyou

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor.From the moment I reached in Hotel the staff welcomed me with cawa & omani halwa sweet, their customer service is also commendable.The hotel located in a prime location.I would definitely stay here again in the future.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting in duqm
