Very friendly staff. Not on site 24/7 but around each day and also available online. When they are around will give extra amenities (towels, tissues, coffee, tea etc) with a smile if you just ask. So it's the best balance between a hotel and a private rental. Owner and manager both available in case of any problems. Rooms very clean with smart and comfortable feel. Staff keep the rooms and communal areas under 24/7 air con so you immediately start to cool down when coming in from the heat. (They don't go in your room and turn off the a/c like many hotels!) Perfect location in Mutrah.

Thank you very much for welcoming us in this beautiful and magical place. It is so lovely and you and your staff are so kind that we feel totally at ease here. Everything is perfect : the room, the food, the wadi. Just one little thing for us tourists : do not put suncream just before going swimming otherwise it does put it in the water. Please put suncream at least 30 minutes before going to the wadi to keep this place as beautiful as it is.

It is an amazing hotel! We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy and clean. The receptionist team especially Ms.Nancy was very helpful friendly and professional. During our stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel in Muscat, we were thoroughly impressed by several aspects of the hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met with professionalism and friendliness, especially the reception staff, Ms. Reem, Ms. Yasmine and Ms. Najiyah, as well as the concierge staff, Mr Mahdi, Mr. Mohamed and Mr Kamel and all the staff during breakfast time. The two rooms that we stayed in were very spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment.One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast—it was absolutely awesome, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the hotel's private beach, which offered a serene and exclusive atmosphere. Overall, the hotel's wonderful atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable.
