The room was inviting and clean. The included morning breakfast had choices for everyone. Being located blocks from the Multiplaza mall was priceless. I would stay there again.

Hotel, staff, rooms everything was amazing! Everybody was so kind and helpful! Shout out to everybody at the reception and at the entrance, you made us feel like home! I hope Bristol Management knows what an amazing team and staff they have, we will definitely come back because everyone made us feel special and like family there. Go book this hotel to stay in Panama, we were very happy to stay at Bristol rather than somewhere in Casco Viejo. 10/10

It was our second time staying here; the owner was away on holiday but still made exceptional arrangements to host us regardless. Super, friendly and helpful! The guesthouse is excellent and comfortable, with a great kitchen set up. Like a home away from home and a wonderful choice for a family traveling with kids.

After two weeks round trip in Panamá, I decided to stay at the Santa Maria, and spend the last day on Panamá in a beautiful hotel. The Santa Maria fulfilled totally my expectations and the ones of my family. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was wonderful and the food at Mestizo restaurant has a wonderful selection of Panamanian and international food. The personal is very polite and helpful. I dont understand many of the negative comments from others guests regarding the personal. They might be slow and not all of them can speak perfectly English but remember that you are in a Spanish speaking country and will be a good idea to learn Spanish too! I speak 4 languages and travels around the world and when I am in an new country, I try to speak the language… that is also part of traveling. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms is a dream. The hotel is located far from other attractions but you have close shopping malls, hospitals, cinemas, and sports centers. We will definitely come back and hope the standard and infrastructure of the hotel will be well maintained.
