The staff is very caring, efficient and service oriented. The rooms are large and well planned to meet your every need. The hotel is not very large but very well appointed and first class in every way.

Fantastic room and beautiful decor and view, the staff were incredibly accommodating, professional and helpful in every way possible. They upgraded us because we were on honeymoon and even gave us a breakfast package before going to San Blas. I just wish we had stayed here longer but we will be back for sure to this hotel - I cannot recommend it enough!
