The staff is professional and lovely, they do their best to accommodate any request! The room was clean and spacious, very comfortable bed! We had access to the executive lounge and that worth every penny, the staff was wonderful, huge thank you to Anthony who is an absolute gem in that lounge! The food was great and the lounge itself was cosy, great place to socialise or do some work. They offered complimentary shuttle back and forth between the hotel and the airport(both domestic and international) the staff was easy to spot at arrivals. They also have a luggage storage room that we were able to use for a few days while travelling, that was extremely helpful! All in all, amazing experience!

Great price for a luxurious hotel. The personnel were very kind, always smiling and willing to help. The airport pickup is very much appreciated, they waited for me (even though it took a longer time to get my luggage) and took me to the hotel despite my early morning arrival. I was very glad I didn't have to wait at the airport!
