The staff is passionate about diving, we took a day trip to Apo Island and loved it.

We had a colorful and amazing little cottage that had amazing views, a really comfortable bed, small kitchen, nice CR, and all you could hear at night was the wind in the trees and the sounds of nature. The grounds are lovely, and there is a nice clean pool to swim in after your drive down. I'm really picky about where I stay and this place was amazing. Ask for the Lookout Cottage if you want the full experience. Breakfast and dinner were great, nothing fancy but high quality food. Great staff and had an engaging conversation with the Aussie owner. Top notch in every way!

Situated in Dauin, 17 km from Robinsons Place Dumaguete, Critter Republic Dive Resort features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. I really enjoyed the way the staff treated me. Their relaxed pinoy nature made me feel calm and confident. Apo Island is a serious site. Coconut drifting was the peak for me.

Unlike most Booking stays, you have a whole house with a garden, porch living room, dining room and kitchen. The toilet and bath are separate. There is a full size ref and a gas range to cook. It is a walking distance from the wet market and the beach. You can also bring a motorbike and park it in the property. Wifi was fast and good enough for my remote work. The host and staff were very helpful. They also provided new beddings and towels in the middle of our stay. Loved the thoughtfulness of the free stuff like coffee and biscuits. Will definitely come back here when I visit Dauin again.
