The rooms are really nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was really good, and complete. The staff was amazing, they were really friendly and helpful with all our requests. It was my birthday and my girlfriend planned a surprise for me with the hotel and they were supper helpful and cooperative with everything and managed to keep it a secret from me. The spa is also really nice and calm, although we were travelling during low season so it might get busier during the summer months. Overall, it was a great experience and we had a really nice time.

The rooms were clean, modern and quiet. The breakfast had a great selection and made to order hot items. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Octant Évora delivered a true 5-star experience from the moment we parked until we left. The hospitality stood out right away, every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We enjoyed both the dinner and the breakfast buffet, and every dish tasted fresh, flavorful, and rooted in Alentejo's traditions. Our spa massage was another highlight, fully relaxing and beautifully done. The entire property felt carefully designed to inspire calm, with elegant amenities and thoughtful touches everywhere. What made the stay unforgettable, though, were the small moments: walking along the wooden viewpoints by the lake, savoring the peaceful landscape, and exploring the "Horta do Chefe" where we met baby goats and other animals. It felt like being connected to nature without giving up any comfort. Octant Évora captures the soul of Alentejo: slow, warm, delicious, and full of life. I can't wait to come back in the summer and enjoy it all over again, this time with even more sun, pool time, and long walks by the water :)

Pé na Areia, Alojamento Local er staðsett í Porto Covo, 200 metra frá Porto Covo-flóa, 400 metra frá Buizinhos-strönd og 500 metra frá Gaivota-strönd. Comfortable, clean and great location. Host was super helpful and I really appreciated the coffee/tea and snacks available. This place has everything you need. I will be back!

I visit Milfontes frequently, but my go-to place was not available, so I ended up at Cerca Vitoria. It may become my new go-to place. The apartment was spacious, and has a great view. Parking is easy, whether in the garage space or on the street. I loved being able to step out of my apartment and into the pool. The town itself has a great vibe and is near a lot of nice beaches.

Hostel Nature er staðsett í Zambujeira do Mar, 300 metra frá Zambujeira do Mar-ströndinni og býður upp á útsýni yfir borgina. Host is very caring, very warm welcome. Very clean and multiple bathrooms. Free use of laundry services, thank you again Diogo! And also for the Portuguese lessons ;)

With a contemporary, minimalist décor, the 4-star Évora Olive Hotel offers accommodation in the heart of Évora and features free WiFi throughout. Amazing location within the city walls. Spotlessly clean with well appointed rooms & gracious staff. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Alojamentos Vitinho - Vila Nova Milfontes er staðsett í Vila Nova de Milfontes, 800 metra frá miðbænum og býður upp á ókeypis WiFi og flatskjá í hverju einkaherbergi. Amazing stay, rooms are very cozy and the beds are super comfortable. Location is great, you can walk anywhere. The staff, however, is absolutely the best: both Anne and Vítor were super considerate and helpful, our car broke down 5 minutes away on arrival and they both gave us rides on different days, Vítor even went around with us to several car shops trying to find us a fix. We'll definitely be back!

Dom Dinis Marvão er staðsett innan veggja Marvão-kastalans, efst í þorpinu háa, Marvão. Þar er þakverönd með nuddpotti sem og víðáttumikið útsýni yfir sveitina fyrir neðan. Fantastic boutique hotel with very helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Location couldn't be better and parking a available for free just few metres from the hotel.
