We woke up with the view over all of the volcanoes, the place is simple but lovely. Situated near a village where you can easily go for a walk. Olivier made our stay very special with his kindness and sweet attentions ( fire, blankets, hot tea ..) and Michael is doing everything he can to organise our stay ( car with driver, paperwork for the parcs, advices ... ) The breakfast is stunning with fresh fruits and pretty view . The dinner plate is huge ! Can't recommend more .

The resort met all my expectations and I was impressed with my stay. The welcoming was superb. I was offered an upgraded superior room which was super clean and specious with great amenities. The food was what i expected and the indian Chef Mr Vinod did a great job in preparing my vegetarian meal. All staff were super friendly and everything was taken care of. I will definitely return to stay at Virunga Inn.
