The staff is incredibly friendly! After we checked out, we did a hike to the Bisoke. It was super muddy that day, so I was super dirty when returning from the hike. As I needed to head back to Kigali on the same day, I phoned the hotel and asked if I could take a quick shower, and they accepted immediately!

The hotel is beautifully located with breathtaking views of the Virunga volcanoes, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. What truly made my stay special was the exceptional service. I would like to sincerely thank Dan and Sarah, who went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel very welcome and well accommodated. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall environment was calm and enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth and professional. I highly recommend Uragano Virunga Palace to anyone visiting Musanze or Volcanoes National Park. I will definitely be happy to stay here again.

Mayroon ang Ingagi Park View Lodge ng hardin, shared lounge, terrace, at restaurant sa Kinigi. Nag-aalok ang 3-star hotel na ito ng shared kitchen, room service, at libreng WiFi. Everything! What a good place, staff, facilities. They was very kind to us, respectful and friendly. We love this place

Mayroon ang Volcanoes Over View Safaris & Camp ng hardin, terrace, restaurant, at bar sa Nyarugina. Booked this last minute for a night in low season. I stayed in a safari tent and it is SO beautiful. I could have stayed for days. Very warm and clean. The guys who own and run it are actually Rwandan locals, as opposed to rich foreigners everywhere else so it’s really great to be able to support local businesses. A super nice young guy who has built it up from just some small tents to what it is today. Amazing value, wonderful warm and friendly service and super comfortable. The photos online do not do it justice.
