The staff is incredibly friendly! After we checked out, we did a hike to the Bisoke. It was super muddy that day, so I was super dirty when returning from the hike. As I needed to head back to Kigali on the same day, I phoned the hotel and asked if I could take a quick shower, and they accepted immediately!

The place is simple but very comfortable, tastefully decorated, with a very comfortable bed and a very efficient shower. The staff were extremely nice and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and to help. For example they offered a complimentary great lemongrass tea when we were back from our excursion, cleaned our walking boots from mud, etc. We had the best dinner we had in Rwanda (including much more expensive places).

Lovely place, well located, amazing staff, very good food, comfortable common areas and rooms, attention to detail including boot cleaning, foot massages, bed warmers, nice fireplace in room, bathrobes and slippers, tea in room, lovely garden, etc.

Mayroon ang Volcanoes Over View Safaris & Camp ng hardin, terrace, restaurant, at bar sa Nyarugina. We loved the setting - eating breakfast in the outdoors while having all the volcanoes in view. The staff were super friendly and great to chat with. Michael was provided very helpful advice regarding transport and directions, as well as insights into the culture of Rwanda. Since rain was a possibility, they offered the room and tent for us to use as we prefer during our stay. Also very good local food!
