The balcony at Cozy Cabin was the best part of our stay. It offers an elevated view of the surrounding and let us snap some nice pictures of the Northern lights. There is a bit of light pollution but manageable. It was windy one night and being able to hop into the cabin to stay warm quickly is a big plus. Marc was the most gracious host i've met. Thank you.

Amazing location, tidy,clean,great equipments and very hospitable host Stefan who are willing to help with any needs or requests, We have been so lucky to see auroras in september.

Matatagpuan 19 km mula sa Kiruna Central Station, nag-aalok ang Aurora River Camp Glass igloos & cabins ng accommodation na may patio, pati na terrace. Staying in a glass igloo is magical. During the day, you are in your own warm, comfy bed looking out at the snowy landscape and frozen river. And at night you can see the aurora from the comfort of your bed, which is ideal. (One minor point is that it's hard to avoid seeing your reflection on the glass of the igloo in your aurora pictures, so you'll want to step outside for some shots.) Our host, Tony, was very helpful. He called us before we arrived to arrange our airport pickup, but we ended up renting a car. Upon arrival he took our luggage by sled to the igloo and showed us how things worked. We had a tiny kitchen and a dry toilet in the igloo, but we ended up not using them. Instead we took the short walk to the Service House that had a living room, dining table, full kitchen, 3 full baths with showers, and 2 other rooms. Breakfast was laid out for us in the Service House (sliced meat, cheese, boiled eggs, breads, jellies, cucumber, cereal, yogurt, etc. There were not many options for gluten-free vegans, but I had brought my own granola and oat milk.) We loved sharing the Service House with other guests and hearing their stories. Tony texted us each night when the aurora came out so we wouldn't miss it. We highly recommend Aurora River Camp to anyone looking for a comfortable and magical nature adventure.

Everything about this place is amazing, the best value by far in the area! If you like nature this place is the best ever!!! You even hear the river at night. Beautifull short hike from the house along the river to a stone beach on the lake. Close enough to train station to walk.

Superb location! (Private, open space, low light pollution, fantastic scenery for northern lights) Spacious, quiet, and comfy apartments (heated well, cosy beds, strong hot showers with plenty of hot water to go around) Equipped with everything you need for cooking and having cosy nights indoors (we were able to take photos of the northern lights right from our beds!) A good fair price for what you get! Last but not least, lovely, friendly, and helpfull hosts (shout out to Ronnie and Sams dad) Cons. None
