Our room was equally impressive, with large windows that allowed us to enjoy the beautiful scenery right from our bed. The breakfast was rich and varied, with plenty of options to start the day on a high note. But what truly made our stay memorable was the staff, especially Mr. Tim at the reception. He went above and beyond to help us recover some belongings we accidentally left behind in our room. His dedication and effort were truly outstanding, and we’re so grateful for his kindness and professionalism.

When we arrived our bags were taken immediately from us and taken into the lobby. Check in was very smooth and the people at check in were very kind. The room itself was very spacious and modern. The bathroom was very nice in particular. The swimming pool and the general pool area is very cool. The staff around the pool are very attentive and clean towels away as soon as someone leaves. The restaurant at the pool is also good for lunch time and the staff are excellent. The breakfast buffet is as good as I have seen. There are options to suit everyone and the area is very clean and luxurious. Overall, the hotel is very modern and very luxurious and is outstanding value for money. It is truly a 5 star experience and one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. In particular, the staff make the experience 5 star and greet you very warmly and are always eager to help and make sure your stay is enjoyable. Mok was particularly kind and helpful to my friends and I. There is also a golf cart which takes you to the nearby mall which is less than a 5 minute walk.
