I had an exceptional stay at this place! Everything was perfect, from the location to the quietness. The Thai hospitality was top-notch, and the room insulation ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The air-conditioning worked flawlessly, and the proximity to 7/11 and temples was incredibly convenient. The traditional breakfast was a delightful start to each day. Overall, a 10/10 experience!

It was clean, well maintained and a lot of utilities were present. It was a lot of fun to drive the boat on the lake to the island. Joe and Jay on top of that are amazing hosts. They welcomed us into their house and arranged a lot of things for us. We had some experiences we would never have had, wouldn't we have stayed at their place. If you are looking for a place outside the busy cities and tourism in Thailand with a lot of nature and things to do/visit, Sunrise Island Homestay is perfect for this. We booked this place for a family visit and rented a car in Nakhon Sawan, which is only about 1u away from the homestay.

Set in beautiful rural location, near the river, have a dip and enjoy. Phow also has a passion for gardening with a spacious interesting garden to explore. Near by is the Bat Mountain, watch millions of bats surface when the sun goes down, a wonderful sight to experience. Enjoy a meal and drink at the mountain restaurant. Take an early morning visit and boat trip on Bueng Boraphet Swamp Lake, spectacular if you want to see the Pink Lotus flowers and abundant bird life. My advice is to pre book this outing. Lastly Nakhom Sawan and local countryside also has some interesting temples to visit.
