I talked to Rainy many times that she may not know when she said it, but I recognized the philosophy of hotel management. Rainy and Nunu were very helpful and caring. Nunu explained why there are elephant sanctuaries and it changed my perspective on playing with the elephants. They offer good tours too, so you don't have to wander around looking for a better tour. A bit away from the old town but you can borrow a nice bicycle for free. I extended my stay and I'm definitely going back.

The room was very comfortable - nice sheets, comfy bed, etc. The rooftop pool was just lovely too. We liked that it was in a tucked away location so it was quiet, yet within easy walking distance to attractions. And the staff were all super helpful, and they actually seem to communicate with each other to meet the needs of their guests (e.g. remembering my sunflower allergy, coordinating a small repair in our room, etc). Would definitely stay here again and recommend.
