Excellent on all levels. We had a very nice room, very clean and a good view of Bankgog. Breakfast was amazing, with a lot of options. And the staff was extremly nice and helpful.

Upgraded our rooms with spectacular views of the mountains. Arranged our train tickets to Luang Prabang and transfer to train station. Great location, clean and comfy. Great breakfast.
