The owner made us coffee and cake when we went back in the evening to sit and play cards. The breakfast was amazing - more food than we could eat and again made extra coffee when we asked. If you come to Herbal, and you should, then definitely stay here.

The air-conditioned rooms at Marhaba Palace all have a balcony overlooking the garden or the beach. They come with en suite bathroom, satellite TV and hair dryer. Everything from begining to the end was amazing specially the custimer service wich was in very high level along with very nice smile on every staff face felt like at home. By the way everything i experienced is the same for all customers. Rooms very nice and clean Reception made my life very easy specially when having a baby whatever i ask they immedoatelydo it with pleasure. Food was really top tasty Big thx to every staff in this hotel appreciate their work. Mr Bassem in the reception is so professional and welcoming and easylife maker. Recommend this hotel and will definately come back again and again.

We cooked in the apartment and were not missing any utensils apart from a cutting knife, but i believe there wasn't one for safety issues? Sofa in the living room was very comfortable and so was the bed in the bedroom! AC was a big plus. Automatic sunshade for living room and bedroom were perfect, I'm not too fussy about having a dark room to sleep in. But my partner needs it to be pitch black and he loved them! The only minus about the property has been the leaking shower. Everything about the shower / toilet was amazing. Spacious shower and everything. However, when taking shower, it would leak to the floor. As if the sealing on the door was not good enough or the tiles were not high enough to keep water in.
