Personnel is always friendly and keen to help. Well recommended!

At the arrival, we were greeted by Yana, hotel's Guest Relations Manager who kept in contact with us during the stay checking in on us if we needed anything. I have to commend the rest of the staff, they seem to go above and beyond their call of duty to make sure that the guests have perfect experience. We didn't get his name, but the young man with the baseball cap turned around and eyeglasses, working as waiter at the pool area, was exceptionally nice and attentive. The rooms and facilities are very clean, there's a great choice of food, offering both international standards as well as Turkish specialties, fresh locally sourced fruits, as well as great selection of drinks, throughout the whole day. Beach bar and evening activities were great too, with live music shows, big shout out to Frankie Payper who was singing for Afro-Latin night with his band. We're definitely coming back again next year.
