Situated in Tainan, 600 metres from Tainan Confucius Temple, U.I.J Hotel & Hostel features accommodation with a terrace, private parking and a restaurant. After 3 months of traveling, UIJ is one of my favorite places I've stayed. The facilities were absolutely stunning, especially all of the well designed common spaces. I was visiting friends in Tainan and it was so wonderful to be able to grab food and dine together at one of the large tables or out on the deck. I stayed in both the dorm rooms and in a private room for one night and both were excellent. The dorm beds were spacious and each came with a large school-room style locker for valuables. Throughout the hotel, there were so many wonderful little touches like having soda water on tap and board games for communal use. Highly highly recommend a stay here!
