The staff went out of their way to make sure we had all the information we needed, using WhatsApp and Google Translate to communicate with us both before our arrival and during check-in - although we didn't expect this, it was hugely appreciated!

All the staff at the front desk, restaurant and house-keeping are very friendly and helpful. Great variety of food (western and Chinese) for breakfast /supper.
