It clearly explained how to access the property, available amenities, and checkout procedures. The home itself was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable for our group of five. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen and common areas were absolutely stunning, and the private pool in the backyard was a nice touch. We also loved having access to the large pool at the Clubhouse. The property was spotless and looked exactly like the online photos. The location is excellent. It is close to Walmart, Publix, and both the Disney and Universal parks. The shower water pressure was incredible! They also provide a small starter kit with essentials such as trash bags, dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap. If you're staying for an extended period, you may want to bring or purchase a few extra items, but our 5-day stay was perfect. Maria was very easy to communicate with through the booking app. When we had an issue with the TVs in the common area, maintenance promptly came out and resolved it. I highly recommend staying at Formosa Valley for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable vacation experience.

Breakfast buffet was typical American (if you like the type), well prepared and large, including assortment of scrambled eggs, waffles, fruits and a variety of side dishes. Parking was easy (although charged extra). The little shop in the hotel was very convenient for last minute things (water, snacks etc).
