It is on the university of Maine campus. It is about a mile or 2 to restaurants and a little further to the oreno boardwalk. So happy we stayed here and highly recommend it.

The location close to everything. The place is very clean with a lot of attention for details. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to bring it home. My daughter was really happy when we would come in and see cookies in the entrance. The breakfast is sooo good with different choice of savory or sweet every morning. And the BEST thing are the people there. Walker, Phoebe and the others which we did not get the names were so nice and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. They even upgraded my room because there was availability.
