We were offered a room in the main house, although we had apparently booked into the motel section, at no extra cost. The new room was beautiful, charmingly decorated, and it had a view over the lake. It was actually possible to get a healthy breakfast from the food on offer.

We reached early, and the gentleman at the front desk went above and beyond — safely stored our luggage, refrigerated my daughter’s allergy-specific food, and even suggested some great vegan-friendly restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-stocked, and the Dove toiletries were such a pleasant surprise! Breakfast was exceptional — plenty of choices and those warm cinnamon rolls were heavenly! Perfect location, amazing staff, and fantastic hospitality. Highly recommend!
