We rented a scooter from the hotel itself at a reasonable 150k VND. When we encountered problems with starting the vehicle, they sent help asap despite rain, gave a discount and were very apologetic. The bus tickets to Ho Chi Minh tickets were also booked promptly with hotel pickup arranged. They even gave suggestions (when asked) on where to eat local delicacies without sending us to tourist restaurants with fake Google reviews. The room was also clean and the location was perfect.
