The receptionist was incredibly kind and upgraded us to the superior room, breakfast was really great, staff super kind and accomodating and next day after checking out, they let us leave luggage while we were enjoying a day in Hanoi and in the evening let us take shower before our long flight back home. I also had a massage - also very enjoyable.

I've been to many hotels during a few overseas trips so far, and this hotel was the best. All the staff was friendly and the spirit of service was excellent. The room was very neat and everything was clean. There were a lot of breakfast menus and it was delicious. The massage was cool too. It was a short period of time, but I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and I will definitely come back if I visit Hanoi again next time.

The room was clean and comfortable and the manager Lyn is super helpful who accommodated early checkin and helped me book a very nice Halong bay cruise. The lady at reception, My is also very courteous and helpful. Overall a pleasant experience.
