They moved me to another room with no issue when I told them one of the lights wasn't working, they let me keep my bags at reception after checkout, gave me a towel to borrow for the waterfalls tour, and gave me a blow dryer to dry my clothes when I came back from the waterfalls. Also, the room has two shower heads, one with an electric heater and one with a sun powered heater so you should always have hot water and even two streams at once for stronger pressure!

The location is great, nearby there is a good breakfast spot that sells banh mi and coffee, and there is another small restaurant that has good buncha. The staffs are all accomodating, he even helped is booked our bus ticket to HCM.
