Located in Da Lat, 1.4 km from Lam Vien Square, Khách Sạn Đồi Mây Đà Lạt features views of the garden. This 3-star hotel offers a concierge service and a tour desk. The staff was very kind. They moved me to another room with no issue when I told them one of the lights wasn't working, they let me keep my bags at reception after checkout, gave me a towel to borrow for the waterfalls tour, and gave me a blow dryer to dry my clothes when I came back from the waterfalls. Also, the room has two shower heads, one with an electric heater and one with a sun powered heater so you should always have hot water and even two streams at once for stronger pressure!

AM Memory Central Hotel 2 - O'TEL í Da Lat er 3 stjörnu gistirými með sameiginlegri setustofu og verönd. The room and toilte is spacious, the water heater is working well. The location is great, nearby there is a good breakfast spot that sells banh mi and coffee, and there is another small restaurant that has good buncha. The staffs are all accomodating, he even helped is booked our bus ticket to HCM.

The hotel is only about a year old, is family owned and operated, and was designed with comfort and ambiance in mind. Because of the length of our stay, the owner gave us a tour of three rooms when we arrived that matched the type we had reserved so that we could take a look at them to compare the view and the room layouts available and allowed us to choose which one would work best for us. The owners are totally hands on and have only a small staff to assist them at the front desk and in housekeeping. They were all very kind, attentive, and committed to ensuring our stay was a memorable one. The location is convenient for walking to the lake or the downtown area (if you enjoy walking) and then you can take a Grab back to the hotel to avoid walking uphill on the way back (which we did as as we are older and didn't want to walk uphill back to the hotel). There are many local restaurants and coffee houses available nearby but the breakfast provided at the hotel is homemade and delicious with a slight variation from day to day. As a retired former hotel professional, I highly recommend that you stay at the Orchid Hotel if you are considering a visit to Da Lat as you won't be disappointed in the hands on service they provide.

They did a load of laundry & gave us lots of recommendations!
