I recently had the pleasure of staying at an apartment in downtown Mechelen, and I can't say enough about how fantastic the experience was. The location is absolutely unbeatable—everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. The apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the train station, which made getting around the city and beyond incredibly easy. Inside, the space is just as impressive. The living room is spacious and bright, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, ideal for preparing meals if you prefer dining in. One of my favorite features was the beautiful patio—such a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Both bedrooms were roomy and comfortable, providing plenty of space to stretch out. The entire apartment had a homey feel, making it easy to settle in and truly feel like a local. The host was wonderful—responsive, friendly, and always available to offer recommendations for places to visit. I genuinely felt like I was living in Mechelen, not just visiting. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and great vibes, this apartment is the perfect choice!

The apartment is very spacious, clean, well furnished and we found complimentary water, coffee, tea, cooking spices at our arrival (nice welcoming gesture). The neighborhood is cozy and you have supermarkets and shops nearby.
