The place was very clean, the staffs were always welcoming. I needed to know where the microwave is, as I have a toddler and I need to warm up his food. They immediately checked if they have additional microwave and they got it sent to our room without any charge. They know how to take care of their guests.

Excellent location. We dealt with many staff while we were there, all were approachable, friendly and efficient. This hotel was everything I was hoping for: room was spacious, had both of my requirements, a fridge and a microwave, the bed was super comfy, best sleep I’ve had in ages. Liked having the Keurig, too. The room I booked also had a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub, which were exactly what I wanted. Hotel amenities were great. Breakfast in the breakfast room was super appreciated by all of our family. Varied options of eggs or omelettes, bacon, sausage, pancakes, cinnamon buns, or muffins or waffles, oatmeal or dry cereal. I can’t say enough about what a huge difference this made for our stay, saving us from having to take time out of our day to stop somewhere for breakfast. Also so appreciated the gym and having a pool although the pool is quite small.

With easy access to Highway 417 and just 20 minutes' drive from Ottawa city center, this hotel offers an on-site restaurant and free WiFi in every room.

The entire experience. Above ground parking meant we didn't have to remove the kayaks from the car. Close to the 6 bus which took us straight downtown.
