I have to call, left messages and texted her when she should’ve sent it already after the confirmed check in time. I got the code after the calls and texting. She should answer her phone especially she’s expecting a guest. I called her before we left if she could come and check the house so I can get the refund, but didn’t get a response. So, until now I didn’t get my refund. That place is so pricey without the refund for a 3 bedroom and 1 bath. Looking forward to hear from you. Thank you.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful house, with an excellent location just minutes from Niagara on the Lake! Anna is a lovely host, and her whole family were so warm and welcoming. Her mom is so sweet, showed me her garden, and even made us a delicious Ukranian breakfast that added such an experience to the stay. The room and washroom was clean, given it's new. The outdoor backyard has so much space, our pup enjoyed running around & playing. The family also built us a small fire in the evening, and we all sat around to chat. We stayed for one night, but it was a truly memorable trip. Highly recommend booking!
