The location - right on the platform of Interlaken West train station! And close to lots of restaurants, opposite a shopping center (with Migros supermarket) and a short walk into Interlaken itself. The room - spacious, spotless, very comfortable. Beds were lovely, shower was excellent. The common areas - bar and staff were great. We don't usually use the hotel bars but we had met up with friends from California and it was a great place to hang out in, very relaxing, plenty of charging points, seating etc. The breakfast room - what a fabulous selection! And you can see the trains coming in and out of the station. Note - there is NO NOISE from the trains. The hotel is well sound-proofed. Staff - so helpful and friendly
