Our room and the communal spaces were very modern, clean and orderly. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The rooms had everything we needed. I liked that we could step outside onto a small balcony from our room. The staff recommended a vice nice restaurant within a 5 minute walk. The continental breakfast was ample and tasty, good coffee too! We used the bus to get to the hotel, then paid for the shuttle back to the airport (10 CHF / person) - both options were fine.

The Hotel room and bathroom had a really good size, beds and pillows were really comfortable. Our idea to stay in this Hotel was because we had an early flight to catch so the location near the Airport and the shuttle to the airport in the morning were really convenient as well as our aim to have a really good rest in our stay. The facility absolutely met our aim and we were even surprised that breakfast was included and starting from 4:00 A.M. In addition, the room counts with several charging adapter plugs (American, European, USB), so convenient.

My Flight was canceled so I had to book a hotel for an overnight stay. I was super exhausted so a warm shower was there and a super comfortable bed. I slept like a baby!! The breakfast was awesome and I was impressed with the order that people followed for the Timings set apart for the early risers and the lovey dovey sleepers. I also got a ride by there Airport Shuttle Services after my breakfast for my onward journey. It was a short stay but I will definetly revisit them soon. I chose Radisson rumlang because of its proximity to the airport. The area is however also surrounded by a shopping complex, cafés and dining options which was great. City center old town was a 20 minute ride in cab and other modes of transportation were also handy. The staff was very professional and I enjoyed my short stay at the hotel. The shower area was uniquely placed by the room but was doable. The room was very well heated, clean had sufficient variety of tea, coffee, hot chocolate powder and water bottles.

Absolutely liked everything. The staff are great, rooms are large and could not wish for more. Breakfast was great. We were even allowed to leave our truck outside reception as was too big for the parking garage. Staff really went over and above.

Location, in between the university and the old city. Rooms are nicely designed and extremely comfortable; had room with tree view. People working at the reception and the breakfast: very kind. Outstanding service. Also, parking on site in the inner court. PS: You can use the hotel’s museum card for free access to the nearby Kunsthaus.
