Good location for Park, they will drop you off at the east gate for the park. Everything is easy to get supermarket ,many stores many restaurant as well. Lily helped us booking the attraction tickets for park, grand canyon, which is really helpful for our trip plan. She are always willing to help us. We will back one day for sure.

Good value. Clean white comfortable bed, generally very clean room, but I was surprised to see some stray hair on a bathrom wall. Good hot shower. Nice design. Excellent location within 5 minutes walk to the entrance of the park. Above all, wonderful caring and hospitable owners. They met me well past midnight and spent time drawing out different park routes for the next 4 days. Fluent English-speaking person Carol was also very helpful with purchansing tickets, providing directions, and relaying messages to the staff. BUT be sure you know what types of tickets you want as I made a mistake ordering a certain route then incurring hefty cancellation fee to change the already expensive ticket. Carol helps, but don't expect her to go into details.

Great stay, the room was incredibly beautiful. In the middle of the mountains and at a close enough distance to all places of interest. The stag was helpful and always available for any need. They helped me organize my tours and handled all the bookings, they also had me picked up and delivered to the train station. The restaurant is also delicious and they prepared cake for Christmas Eve which was a kin touch given I was a solo traveler far from home on Christmas. Definitely recommended and I would for sure return in the future.

The lady at reception was very friendly. She helped us with everything, got us tickets, and gave us important information. She was always attentive. She gave us ice cream and a gift at the end of our stay. I highly recommend the hotel, its location, and the staff.

When we arrived, Steven helped us to plan our activities in Zhangjiajie, which is great, as you have a true local giving you the information of what is worth to see, and how long it takes to see it. This is something we haven't experienced anywhere before, and it really made our trip feel very personalized, and well planned. He also suggested some restaurants for us to try, and we would never have found them by ourselves. The food there was delicious! Everything in the city is close to the hotel, and accessible with DiDi, so you are never far away from anything, and if you have any problems with DiDi, Steven can help with booking them for your trips to the attractions. The breakfast dumplings and meat pancakes were also delicious. The atmosphere and the overall feel of the hotel is very friendly and homey, and it is not as official and soulless as the big hotel chains. All in all, I would say that we will never forget the experience we had in Zhangjiajie, not only because of the gorgeous scenery, but also because of our amazing host Steven and this hotel.

Near the east gate of the park. Carol and her team were very helpful. They helped us develop a custom plan to visit the Tainmen mountain, Grand canyon / glass bridge, and the national park, and did all the ticket reservations for us. They are many restaurants and food in the street.

The property is very clean and cozy, it’s a home stay and the owner is very very sweet lady, who perfectly speaks English. She also very kindly helped me a lot it’s my route and knowledge about surroundings, where to go and what to visit - this is the best part for me since I prefer to ask locals about some small hints during my travel. I stayed there for two nights and I was totally satisfied with everything. Even dough the location of hotel is little bit far from the entry of a park, there isn’t a problem - you can always take a didi taxi with will take around 5-6 minutes to the city centre. Also, Rebecca was super kind to drop me to the centre twice. Highly recommend this place to stay, all the best to the beautiful family running this small business 🫰🏻

Rebecca was the perfect host! she booked our tickets for us for the attractions, and even gave us a lift into town. she was very knowledgable and we loved learning from her. Breakfast was excellent! the property was very clean, beds comfortable, and location was perfect for access to the main Zhangjiajie forest park attractions and Grand Canyon.

    It was by far the most beautiful place we stayed at on our trip. The location was amazing, the views were great, and the owner’s dog was adorable and well trained. The staff were very helpful, and immediately assisted us with a room change when we had problems with the AC. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

    Location is fantastic and Wallie adds immeasurable value to the trip. During our month long China trip, he was our only host and our travel arrangements in Zhangjiagie was made much easier because of him. And our furry friend guarding the front door was super cute and very loveable.

    Absolutely amazing. It's located within it's own tea plantation, inside the Zhangjiajie national park. Robin really helped us with planning our trip, tickets, bringing you to the sunset - sunrise spots, guiding you to the resort, etc. They have an extremely cute dog roaming around.

    Excellent location iclose to park entrance and away from main streets with crowds. The family run hotel is based on their tea traditions and deleciouse mountain organic tea. The ladies are super friendly however with limited English competences. Though app enabled us to communicate. They kindly invited us to have tea and backed sweet potato with them. With some additional maintenance and service skills this family bussines has the potential.

    Everything was absolutely wonderful. The location is so beautiful in the mountains with amazing views. The rooms are traditional and spacious. Gardens are lovely to explore and good facilities. Was so nice to see their display areas of traditional kitchen and dining. Food was exceptional and great playground for kids. Their pet dogs were a highlight. Chowmain our hostess was incredibly helpful giving us advice of where to go each day, providing maps and directions and booking taxis. She is so friendly and tries so hard with her English.

    Highly recommended staying!! Location is perfect, close to the east gate of national park (less than 10 mins by walk) and also the bus terminal (less than 15 mins by walk). The room was clean, comfortable and exactly same as photos. Owners are so kind and supportive. They don’t use English but you can get English support from their supporter Carol, so communication was smooth. And their dog is sooo adorable:)) Definitely you will get great experience here!!
