Food was good nothing fancy staff friendly clean place the beach beautiful no vendors and clean the front desk staff ok friendly like every were in Cartagena need more training in customer service is getting more and more don’t care actitud do to not being confortable caring a conversation with strangers I understand because I just to work with customer service you learn there is going to be times that don’t matter what you do for the customer is not going to be happy

Tatiana is a great host, clear and consistent communication. Made sure Jackie was there to receive us upon our arrival. Felt like we had everything we needed at our fingertips. Attention to detail in the spot, above and beyond service! Quality furniture, appliances, AC, beds/sheets, etc. All top notch especially for this part of Colombia, a lovely find and hope to go back! Five adults, two kids (who loved the bunk beds), our pet dog, had room to spare.
