Very good location, easy walk to the beach (great beach for swimming!!!). The room was clean, the king size bed was comfortable, wi-fi was really good, nice spacious refrigerator. The owner was very nice and responsive. A couple of days there were monkeys in the trees nearby - fun to watch. We also saw an armadillo across the street one night.

We really enjoyed our time at Hakuna. Super spacious and very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was great. Location is good, just a short 10min walk to the beach, and 2 minutes to a small supermarket.

I don’t understand all the mediocre reviews- this place is basic but clean, comfortable, with a great location and Wendy is a very helpful host. It was perfect for me since I didn’t have a vehicle and I wanted to take the late and early turtle tours!

sunset, we could even see monkeys in the distance, which was amazing! The Mexican restaurant is really good. The staff made our stay unforgettable: yoga with Dominique was great — she’s super kind, attentive, and always there if you need anything. Christian gave us great tips on places to visit, and Juanca gave us such a warm welcome. Highly recommended!
