Very convenient location and very basic, but tasty breakfast.

Nice clean room. Quiet place, of course it is near the motorway, so still some noise, but it is much less than expected.

Newly refurbished and very pleasant.

Laura the reception attendant was so helpful. I can’t praise her highly enough.

Really nice proper English pub with rooms. I think most of the rooms are round the corner on the square. Very nice decor and clean. Proper shower in my en suite. I will be staying again

It was clean, intimate, warm and the staff were all lovely. The room was very nice & had everything we needed.

Fun pub, with a great atmosphere and lovely staff. Although the bar was busy the rooms were quiet. They were also huge! I loved how newly decorated and well considered everything was. Good bed, good shower - full length mirror. It was a lovely place to stay in. Breakfast was fantastic. The location was excellent - a short walk to everywhere and Warwick is a lovely town to visit.

Great host,which was very much supportive. Beautiful house,nicely decorated. Located near to city centre and to the castle.Pet friendly.Parking in front of house (2 hours a day for free).

Lovely apartment all round The kitchen was well equipped, the living room was spacious and cosy The main bedroom was very comfortable. We didn't use the 2nd single bedroom but it looked great We loved the location as it had river / canal walks to the centre of Warwick and Leamington The apartment block was next door to a Tesco so any provisions required were easily accessible We stayed here over new year and it was wonderful

The house was spotlessly clean, with well equipped kitchen, and plenty of space in the living room/dining area. The beds were really comfortable, with all the beds made up - also plenty towels!

Five stars for Heron House! It was the perfect setting for a family getaway. The house is beautiful and well-equipped with all the essentials. Our host was wonderful and kept in touch to make sure everything was perfect. We loved that the hot tub was heated and ready the moment we arrived. The surrounding area is great for walks, making it an even better spot if you’re bringing a dog. Highly recommended!

It was very lovely shepherds hut on a beautiful farm next to the River Avon. It was well located for the walks I had planned in Warwick and Leicestershire. The accommodation was immaculate on the inside. It was really warm and cosy too. The bed was very comfortable. I had been given directions but I didn't need them with satnav, I found the farm very easy to find and they put clear signage up to find the hut. Very happy with my stay there.
