It’s beautiful, everything about Shanti is luxury and high quality. It’s quiet location, a short 5 minute walk into the hustle and bustle and moments from the beach, provides a tranquil and peaceful space. The staff were so welcoming and helpful from moment of arrival, and served a delicious breakfast in the morning! I was working remote and the Wi-Fi was quick and super reliable, no issues on any of my zoom calls. Everything about Shanti was just perfect and I cannot wait to return.

Great value $. Angél the owner / host is an absolute legend, he went well over our expectations to make our stay at the hostel (and Guatamala!) a great one. Angél spoke great English and also helped us practice our Spanish. Bikes included, kayaks included, breakfast included, comfortable bed, nice long pool, some weights / yoga mats provided, free drinking water, fresh bath towels swapped mid stay.

The place is absolutely amazing, I love the minimalist and natural design of the place, I felt very relaxed and calmed since the moment I came inside (the private cabin) and surroundings. The place is very clean and comfortable, chilling in the hammocks and doing some yoga in the deck felt very nourishing. The person attending was very loving and welcoming. I recommend this place if youre looking to have your space and be in a calm and chill place in the beach with the opportunity to go out and have fun with the bars and restaurants just steps away!
