Great hotel, really clean. Very polite staff. Good breakfast.

Our host Ana was very kind to accept our reservation change the day of our arrival due to car stop and need of a whole day long repairment. On top of that she was always available to us through Viber and sent us very easy step to step videos and instructions to follow for finding our stay, parking and to self check-in. The room was very fresh, beds very comfy and the appartment was 15-20 min. of walk distance to the central part of Split. Thank you once again for your kindness and we will for sure be back next time we come to Split!

Great value for money! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. All the essentials were provided, and the service was friendly and efficient. For the price, it exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The holiday season made it quite busy, and the weather was cold and rainy, but the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the rooms were impeccably clean and wonderfully warm. Breakfast was excellent.

The Place Is very well furnished and in an optimal, strategic position. Split center Is around the corner and you'll have everything you Need within reach. Staff Is very nice, Always smiling and Willing to help and talk. I definitely recommend this place and Hope to come back One day.

Highly recommend this place! The room is amazing and sparkling clean, everything is brand new, fresh, and smells so nice. The hosts are incredibly kind and always available to help with any questions. The location is also perfect, just a really nice, easy walk to the city center and beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, fresh and newly renovated accommodation. Has everything needed. Very close to central location. A bit pricey but worth it. We could easily find parking slot outside the street.

We stayed in this amazing apartment for 2 nights. Very nicely decorated, 2 floors with a very nice terrace with a jacuzzi. The whole family loved the apartment, and it was located in the coziest part of the old town. We will choose this apartment next time we come to Split. It absolutely gets the highest rating from the whole family. There was also a sauna. Easy check-in.

Brilliant location with amazing views across the city, and the roof top terrace (shared with other apartments but fully accessible) was beautifully kept and provided a lovely space to sit and enjoy the view. You overlook the Diocletian's Palace which is gorgeous (those bells start early for any light sleepers) and you can see across the harbour and the old town of Split. Overall a total gem of a find with so many amenities in the apartment that weren't expected, ice maker, microwave, iron, steamer, toiletries etc. Jelena was so welcoming and very laid back, it was a short but lovely stay.

Fantastic stay in the center of Split We loved our stay here! The room was very roomy, modern, and spotlessly clean. You couldn't ask for a better location—it's right in the center of Old Town with easy access to all the main attractions, restaurants, and the waterfront. Everything was super convenient, and we would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful apartment in an amazing location. The place is beautifully appointed and it's like staying in a castle. Management and service were excellent and very helpful. Buffet breakfast included (at a nearby restaurant) was excellent. Great views of the palace from the living room windows. This was a memorable place to stay and we can't wait to come back!

The location was great. It was easy to walk to everything we wanted to see. There was tea and coffee making available on the 3rd floor and a small fridge in the room. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were fortunate enough to be able to watch a magical concert from the windows of our room.
