Perfect for short stay on a budget

The checkin process was very easy, room was beautiful with a nice view, staff was super helpful and very nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

I loved how small the hostel was it made for such an easy environment and it’s also has a good location, out of the main old town but just a short walk! Also just such nice vibes

The hosts are lovely and accomodating and the property is stylish and impeccably clean. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay.

Brilliant location with amazing views across the city, and the roof top terrace (shared with other apartments but fully accessible) was beautifully kept and provided a lovely space to sit and enjoy the view. You overlook the Diocletian's Palace which is gorgeous (those bells start early for any light sleepers) and you can see across the harbour and the old town of Split. Overall a total gem of a find with so many amenities in the apartment that weren't expected, ice maker, microwave, iron, steamer, toiletries etc. Jelena was so welcoming and very laid back, it was a short but lovely stay.

We had a lovely stay at the Villa Nepos hotel as a family of 4. The building is very historic, but also very modernized inside. We had one bedroom for the parents, one bedroom for the kids, seperate bathrooms for each, and a spacious living room with a kitchenette. Manager Toma was very kind and helpful. Staying at a boutique hotel such as Villa Nepos Hotel, is much more comfortable than staying in bigger hotels. We definitely recommend Villa Nepos Hotel.

The location was great. It was easy to walk to everything we wanted to see. There was tea and coffee making available on the 3rd floor and a small fridge in the room. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were fortunate enough to be able to watch a magical concert from the windows of our room.

Perfect place to stay in Split!

Staff caring approach and willingness to help out from start till end. Fantastic support from Sara to arrange a taxi from the airport, with little notice during a busy night, when unfortunately severe fire was still burning some areas near the airport. Amazing help from Helena to provide all necessary information to get to the Port and arrange a ferry to Brač. Kindness, Can Do Attitude and creative thinking from Leonardo to make sure i would have my lactose free cappuccino and gluten free breakfast. Top job. Much appreciated, Tonio

Easy to access. I came late. Everything was really convenient

Everything was perfect! The apartment, the view, the hot tub, and our sweetest host! all the equipments in kitchen allows you to make anything you want on your own, and the apartment is dustless. Wished we could stay another night 🥰

The communication with the owner of the apartment was excellent and he was really comprehensible with our requests

Nice place by the sea, including a sand beach - rare here, good small bedroom and bathroom, all you need with few steps, like lovely restaurants so close, including one Michelin rated, a market and if you like to walk you cand reach the Riva place in 20 minutes. Ivana give me all tips for the best places to go and a map, so lovely and kind person. Responded quickly to answers and needs. Ahh...and there is a nice cat at the door just welcoming you...not all the time. So cute. Thank you very much
