Friendly owner who helped me ensure I had a place to stay for a night beyond my original reservation even though booking.com was not working correctly. There was a party one night and the music ended at the time the owner told me it would. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to make sure I had a place to stay.

The location was kind of nice. At night, you can hear lots of wildlife like frogs, etc., instead of party revelers. But be prepared if you are a light sleeper. That wildlife can be quite noisy!
