The hotel created a wonderful balance between comfort and hospitality. Every interaction felt professional, and the welcoming atmosphere made it easy to settle in and enjoy the stay.

Bad experience,kyunki yeh jo booking.com pe room ki pics dikhayi gayi hai,usme se ek bhi room hotel mein nahi hai,maine jo room book kiya tha mujhe nahi mila.room se ajeeb se smell aa rahi thi, bathroom aur toilet se pani block huya pada tha, double bed bhi Chhota size ka tha.smell maar rahe blanket waigara,aur jab raat ko khana khane ke liye nikle to 8 baje bahar itna drawana rashta tha k poocho mat ikdum andhera,koi street light nahi hai.aur rashte mein bade bade dogs.aur do din rashte mein itna traffic k do teen ghante jam lage rehte hai.mai bilkul bhi yeh hotel apko recomend nahi karunga.very bad experience.

Drifters is not really a hotel. It is more like a small parallel universe in Old Manali where time slows down, plans become optional and “just one beer” can very easily turn into a long evening with music, strangers, dogs, smoke, food and conversations you never expected to have. We stayed here twice during our motorcycle trip through the Himalayas and came back for one simple reason: the place has a soul. The owner and the guys working there are some of the most relaxed people we met in India. Nothing feels forced, polished or corporate. It is slightly chaotic, very informal and somehow exactly right. If you are looking for sterile five-star perfection, white gloves and someone folding your toilet paper into an origami swan, this is probably not your place. If you want atmosphere, personality and a place where you genuinely feel welcome, it absolutely is. The food was mostly excellent. We had great butter chicken, breakfasts, pizza and plenty of beer. One evening there was live music, another evening we ended up discussing trading, AI and life with a Spanish-Polish couple until late at night. That probably says more about Drifters than any list of hotel facilities ever could. The rooms are simple, comfortable enough and perfectly fine for Old Manali. But honestly, you do not come here because of the mattress. You come here because downstairs there is always something happening and because after a few days it starts to feel less like accommodation and more like a temporary home. We travelled through some spectacular places in Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh, but Drifters was one of the very few places where we deliberately wanted to return. That is probably the best recommendation I can give. Would stay again without hesitation. 10/10 for atmosphere. Possibly 12/10 if measured after midnight.

The owner was really friendly and the property location was really good. There also was a route to go and sit beside the river. The dogs near the property were really cute and friendly.

We had a great time at the firefly hostel. The location was accessible. Rooms were very comfortable, all the requirements were taken care of. The food was good. Overall had a really nice experience.
